Starting in 1985, Richard wanted to create a service company that treats people the way he was brought up: In a respectful, honest, and joyful environment.  He also felt strongly that his service company would have a real “Can Do” attitude for helping clients get the results and service they expected. 

Richard began his industry education in the 1990s, ensuring that Commercial Cleaning & Restoration is a certified firm with the IICRC and is licensed with the Register of Contractors.  We feel industry certifications are important and most of the staff holds several certifications for their specialties.

Margret holds several IICRC certifications and is constantly learning. She works hand-in-hand with Richard on a daily basis, managing the general operations and care of our customers and co-workers. Margret also participates in the larger Tucson business community through CREW, NARPM, BNI, and Key Group.

Manny, Operations Manager

Manny is originally from Sun Valley, CA. He has an extensive background in construction and customer service skills that help him accomplish his current goals. He oversees the entire operations of the company and makes sure to deliver 100% satisfaction to customers, which he learned in his management training.  He enjoys working with the people at CCR, while meeting new people and learning new skills. 

In his spare time, Manny enjoys practicing football with his 3 boys.  His sons travel to football competitions all over the country!  He also enjoys Top Golf and spending time with his family.

Lisa, Business Development

Lisa was born in Phoenix, AZ and grew up in the small, farming community of Buckeye, AZ.  Both sides of her family worked in farming; cotton, alfalfa, and cattle. Lisa met her husband Brian, whose family also farmed cotton and alfalfa, while in high school, and they married in 1999. She moved to Tucson in 1995 to attend the University of Arizona where she graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.  She has lived in Vail since 2001 and had her daughter, Grace, in 2003.  She is an animal enthusiast and has several dogs, cats, rabbits, chickens, pigeons, quail, cockatiels, tortoises, and fish! Lisa volunteers as the Rabbit Coordinator for Pima County 4H.

Lisa joined Commercial Cleaning and Restoration in May, 2021. Her role is business development. She reaches out to the community using her background in event planning, marketing and advertising research, and her extensive marketing experience in networking environments.  She ensures CCR meets the needs of Southern Arizona businesses and residents.

Bookkeeper

Alice, Bookkeeper

Alice comes to us from Saginaw, Michigan and is Commercial Cleaning and Restoration’s Bookkeeper.  She worked in accounting doing taxes, auditing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll and much more!  Alice makes sure to keep our finances in line!  She does accounting for job costs, vendor payments, payroll, customer invoicing and receives payments.  Working at CCR has been a good fit from the start.  Alice is able to use her skills to her full potential to help serve the employees and owners of CCR.  She loves that the owners are “future-lookers” and take care of their employees. 

When Alice isn’t taking care of things at CCR, she enjoys hanging out with her kids and grandkids.  Whenever she gets a change, she and her husband enjoy trying new places and restaurants.  She also likes to read and watch mystery/suspense novels.

Chris, Cleaning Division Service Coordinator

Chris is a native Tucsonan who has worked in customer service-oriented roles throughout her career, working closely with others.  For CCR, she is the one who answers the phone and schedules floor cleanings and estimates.  She is very empathetic to the needs of each customer, understanding that they could be going through hard times and need us urgently.  She takes the time to listen to each customer to make sure their needs are met.  She loves to help others!  Chris says that CCR has really fun Christmas parties and those are some of her favorite memories from working with the company. 

In her spare time, Chris loves to spend time with her teenage grandson, her significant other and dog. She goes to the mountains and boats whenever she gets a chance!

Kaleigh is the voice you will hear on the other end of the line when you call the office. She will schedule your appointments, answer your questions, and keep you up to date on what is happening with your project. She works closely with the field teams and project managers to keep everything running smoothly. She enjoys working as part of the team with all of her coworkers.  We are so happy to have her working with us now!  Kaleigh has past job experience as a server which gives her the ability to multi-task and get things done.  For 4 years she trained the servers, so she is a great teacher and manager too!  Kaleigh grew up in Tucson and likes to workout and travel in her spare time.

Travis comes to us from Anchorage, Alaska!  He has worked in the industry for 19 years where he has perfected his skills in framing, drywall and tile installation.  Construction and customer service are a large part of his past which helps him with all types of repairs and he likes to make sure the customer is happy.  He enjoys helping people any way he can, and his dedication makes Travis a valuable asset to any project. Completing big projects makes Travis feel good about what he has accomplished. 

Working on his custom car and truck, playing with his dog, and target shooting are the things Travis enjoys when he is not working.

Liberty is a 6-month-old Bloodhound (as of April 2019) and was born in Tucson AZ.

She is currently learning basic commands like sit. She’s very stubborn and really likes things her way. She spends lots of time at the office giving sniffs and kisses and loves to have her ears rubbed by anyone.
